These terms apply to the Adex Inc. Productions Live applications and companion website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

The service provides live and replay video coverage, program information, and optional community chat. You may use it for personal viewing. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private interfaces, or rebroadcast protected content without permission.

Availability

Live programs and replays may change, be delayed, or become unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary. An internet connection and a compatible device are required.

Community participation

Messages submitted to the companion chat must be lawful and respectful. We may remove abusive, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or disruptive content and may limit access when needed to protect viewers or the service.

Intellectual property

The app design, branding, original broadcasts, graphics, and software are owned by Adex Inc. Productions or used with permission. Event names, athlete names, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Adex Inc. Productions is not responsible for indirect losses, interrupted connectivity, third-party platform failures, or content unavailable outside our control.
