Privacy Policy

Adex Inc. Productions Live provides livestream playback, replay playback, public chat, presence counts, and optional live alerts.

Information we process

The service does not require an account. Chat participants provide a display name and message. A random browser identifier is stored on the device and used for rate limiting and an approximate active-lounge count. If a viewer enables notifications, the browser supplies a push subscription endpoint and encryption keys so the service can deliver live alerts.

Public chat

Display names and messages are public and may appear in connected TV apps. The service retains the latest 60 messages. Do not post private or sensitive information.

Notifications and deletion

Live alerts are optional and controlled through the device’s notification settings. Expired push subscriptions are removed automatically. To request deletion of a chat message or associated display name, email adexenterprisesinc@gmail.com with enough information to identify it.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides video delivery, application hosting, status, chat storage, and notification scheduling. Cloudflare and the viewer’s internet provider may process technical information such as IP address, device or network information, and service requests.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and Adex Inc. Productions does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
